Many businesses outsource non-core activities to contractors with the requisite skills - but this can lead to the use of a number of companies, and consequently over-complex contract management. We aim to combine activities into a central site-based multi-skilled work team, which makes sure all activities are covered in a required time frame with on-call on-site labour - and that reduces the cost base.
